Briefing<\/strong><\/h1><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In line with the transformation of communication modes in new media, maturation of creative cultural products and tourism development, and applications of animation design, the key content of this program will be integrated cross-disciplinary study and multiple applications development of animation design. As digital entertainment and e-business are concurrently implemented via mobile devices, the development and marketing for creative cultural products will be implemented via mobile devices as well, which students will benefit from learning for future career development. Furthermore, new media, as impacted by transforming communication methods, will create huge economic efficiency for games, animation and videos. Therefore, this program will enhance core competence in digital content and integrated applications with related industries, such as animation, comics, languages, communication, information and tourism, cultivating talents for the animation and comic creative industries design. This program engages in innovative education through cross-school and cross-disciplinary academia-industry collaboration, which not only adds value for students professionally, but also requires them to learn an additional two specializations within the cross-disciplinary collaboration, to become broadly trained cross-disciplinary talents.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The mission of Animation and Comic Creative Industries Design Program is to combine the basic design techniques of animation and comics with the latest computer animation science, seeking the potential of developing future commercial applications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

This Program is the first cross-school and cross-disciplinary program related to animation and comics nationwide, oriented to a combination of knowledge of theory and application, and connection with the world. The Program integrates industry resources by appointing instructors from industry for co-teaching of on-campus internship courses to help students understand the real work situation, effectively shortening the distance between academia and industry.\n<\/div><\/div>

We provide mutual exchange learning opportunities with international universities; students with outstanding academic performance may apply for one-year exchange study at well-known universities in Japan, Beijing and so on, to grasp international trends and extend their worldviews. Our ultimate goal is to cultivate students to apply animation in any field and in daily life; students will benefit in employment from learning professional animation skills, so as to face the changes and challenges in design and communication media fields in the future.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
